The mission of her research lab is to advance scientific knowledge while positively impacting leaders and employees in the workplace.
She has closely mentored more than 75 undergraduate students; mentees have gone on to predoctoral fellowships and graduate programs at institutions including Harvard Business School, INSEAD, the University of Chicago, and London Business School. She has received the Outstanding Undergraduate Research Mentor Award and was invited to give a TEDxUofM talk on mentorship
